How quickly can I have these in hand?
From the time you place the order, 5-7 days. We get the order queued up right away, and it goes through our print process.
What is the print process?
Great followup question, it's simple:
- We'll review your artwork, resizing or adjusting files as needed
- We print & cut artwork
- We assemble and use machinery to create buttons or magnets
- Last, we inspect for quality and package them up and ship em to you!
Do you offer refunds?
No, unfortunately we just can't. Each order we recieve and fulfill is fully custom and made up of materials that can only be used one time.
Are there any requirements for artwork shared?
Nope! You actually don't even have to have artwork. You could make a purchase and give our design team a text-only prompt and let em' go wild, go crazy. If you're into surprises.
Otherwise, share what you have and we'll take care of it! We convert file types, resizing as needed.
Can I submit AI generated artwork?
Sure - beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If that's what you got, that's what you got.
If you want our team to be inspired by your AI artwork and design a human version - just tick the box 'Creative Freedom' when you submit your order.
